The other half is in communication and the quality of the relationship between you and your builder.
At NuChange you will deal directly with the owners of the business, Nevis Brooks, his wife Sonia and their son Ryan. They will be there for you throughout your journey (and it is typically one to two years from idea to moving in).
Nevis and Ryan will manage the construction of your home personally, hands-on. There will be no slips in translation from a salesperson to a white collar manager to someone you never meet, who is the first person in the chain who actually handles construction tools.
The relationship will not end when you get the keys, because NuChange homes are sold one by one to individual families, based mainly on the referrals of our past customers. So Nevis will be there making sure that you are happy with every detail and that your home is one he will be forever proud to point out to people, long after the rushed minimum specification project homes we are familiar with have been pulled down.
